Greetings!
As has been discussed in our breakfast meetings, Arbella is changing our Businessownwers policy from the ISO 1997 BOP to the ISO 2010 BOP product. Beginning in the first quarter next year, policies will be rated on split limits for Property and Liability. There are four key classes of business that will be rated on Annual Gross Sales: Bed and Breakfasts, Restaurants, Convenience Food Stores with Restaurants, and Motels. Please note that you will be receiving a new policy number as we convert policies over to our new system.
What You Can Expect From Us:
- We are rolling out a new, automated BOP Renewal Questionnaire. The questionnaire will be loaded on Arbella Connect 90 days prior to the renewal date to ensure timely conversion of your BOP renewal policies.
- To help track your BOP renewals, you will be sent an annual renewal list of all your BOP policies.
What We Ask From You:
- In order for us to properly rate and issue your policies in a timely manner, please provide the FEIN or Tax ID # as well as the Estimated Annual Gross Sales on the Renewal Questionnaire.
If you have any questions, please contact your underwriter or territory manager.
As always, we thank you for your continued partnership and support.
