Arbella will pay you an additional 5% bonus commission for new Massachusetts commercial automobile policies we write for you voluntarily between August and December! This special bonus represents an average 33% increase over your standard commission and will be paid no later than Feb. 24, 2014.

The great news: This special bonus, effective from Aug. 1, 2013 through Dec. 31, 2013, is in addition to - not in replacement of - our regular Arbella commission and existing Profit Sharing Plan. All terms and conditions of your Agency Agreement with Arbella remain in full force and effect without change or modification.

To qualify for the extra bonus commission, the policy:

• Must be actual new voluntary commercial auto business for Arbella;
• Must be written for an insured with a principal place of business for rating purposes in Massachusetts;
• Must have an effective date within the five-month term from Aug. 1, 2013 through Dec. 31, 2013;
• Cannot be an existing Arbella account which is the subject of a Broker of Record Notice;
• Cannot be a policy that has been cancelled and rewritten.
