Best places to watch? Along FDR Drive at 23rd Street, 34th Street, and 42nd Street exits. Or head to the South Street Seaport....go for the day since there will be an array of events all day.EXPLORE:Coney Island A great place to spend the day... while there, watch Nathan's Famous annual Hot Dog Eating Contest.
