Kobo ARC 7HD Valentine's Day Promotion 


Kobo has just announced a new promotion for the Kobo Arc 7HD tablet.

Program Term: January 29, 2014 until February 14, 2014

Program Agreement:  Offer Consumers $20.00 off the retail price of Kobo Arc 7HD  (You will receive $19.00 back per unit sold).

Arc 7HD 16 GB- $179.99 ($199.99 Original Price)   
Arc 7HD 32 GB- $229.99 ($249.99 Original Price)

Kobo will be offering the same promotion on their website, but will be including free shipping in their offer.

Please be sure to keep track of supporting documentation for units sold in your store.  A printout from your POS is best, but if that is not available please create a spreadsheet of items sold between 1/30 and 2/14.  Please upload supporting documentation directly through the reporting tool.

Please include the following:
  • The name of the item such as 16GB Arc 7HD, 32GB Arc 7HD.
  • The quantities of each.
  • The name of your store.
  • Date sold.
  • Name of the promotion.
  • Contact email for your store 
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED NO LATER THAN MARCH 3RD!
Kobo has announced a price drop for the Kobo Arc tablet, effective as of January 17, 2014.

New Prices: 
  • $99 - 16GB old Arc
  • $129 - 32GB old Arc
  • $149 - 64GB old Arc
Rebate Amounts:
  •  $38.00- 16GB old Arc
  •  $38.00- 32GB old Arc
  •  $47.50- 64GB old Arc

 

The reporting deadline is March 15th, 2014. In order to receive your rebate via ACH transfer please follow the steps below:

1.  Gather supporting documentation for units sold in your store.  A printout from your POS is best, but if that is not available please create a spreadsheet with your in-stock inventory as of 1/17.  Please include the following:

  • The name of the item such as 16GB Arc, 32GB Arc, 64GB Arc.
  • The quantities of each.
  • The name of your store.
  • Date sold.

2.  Log in to the Kobo Reporting Tool at http://kobo.bookweb.org.  

If you do not remember your log in information, please email [email protected] (Hint- Your username is your affiliate ID).

 

3.  After logging in, click on the red link "Kobo Arc Price Drop, Report by 3/15/14"

   

4.  Enter the number of units sold in the fields provided. 


5.  Select your method for including supporting documentation (attaching directly in the reporting tool is preferred).


6.  Before submitting, please double check your numbers! Each store can only submit the form once.
