With the start of a new year, we have new goals, new challenges, and new opportunities. Parks Motor Group is a model example of a company that has gone above and beyond in their support of the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay. The company is a Crisis Center annual corporate partner and also sponsored a wheel chair transport van used by TransCare Medical Transportation.

Preventing Crisis through Youth Education

Tom Mueller is an Education and Prevention Specialist with The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay. In his roll he conducts violence prevention workshops with teenagers in Hillsborough and West Pasco County. These presentations cover a wide variety of topics that include:
-Teen dating, bullying and sexual violence
-Healthy relationships based on trust, respect and communications skills.
-Bystander intervention techniques to prevent violence
