Crisis Center Mission
The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay brings help, hope and healing to people facing serious life challenges or trauma resulting from sexual assault or abuse, domestic violence, financial distress, substance abuse, medical emergency, suicidal thoughts, emotional or situational problems.

  • Over 3 years, 100% of participants in the Sexual Assault program at the Crisis Center reported that they had been helped
  • Over 3 years, 89% of families receiving case management services in Family Stabilization remained in their own home after six months
  • TransCare provided medical transportation to 28,765 people last year
  • 2-1-1 answers 30-50 suicide calls each week

The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay offers tours twice a month for people to learn more about the services we provide to the Tampa Bay community. See firsthand the difference we are making. Join us for a one-hour lunch and tour where you will meet with our President and CEO, along with a board member, key staff and other interested community members.

4th Annual Voices of Strength: A Night of Expression

Carrollwood Cultural Center 

 

Voices of Strength:Night of Expression is an annual event presented by the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay in collaboration with the Sexual Violence Task Force and hosted by the Carrollwood Cultural Center, dedicated to empowering survivors through a creative lens. At Voices of Strength, survivors have the opportunity to express themselves through poetry, art, music, dance, comedy, and writings about the journey of recovery from sexual violence and the transformation into empowerment.
