Introducing Our New Logo

Bon Secours is changing our logo but not the good help we provide. The blue fleur-de-lis, with its powerful history representing the founding of the Sisters of Bon Secours in France in 1824 remains prominent, but now the words and lettering have been changed to take on that same strength and identity.

You'll soon see materials phased in with the new logo. Signage may take a little longer, perhaps as long as a year or two.

Be Your Best So You
Can Give Your Best

Bon Secours, often acclaimed as a best place to work for its generous benefits and opportunities for advancement, is also a place where leaders want each employee to feel valued for their unique contributions.

Mark Gordon The daily demands of the health care environment can, however, create fatigue and stress. "You can't give away what you don't have," said Mark Gordon, CEO of Memorial Regional Medical Center, Richmond Community Hospital and Rappahannock General Hospital. Gordon and other leaders encourage employees to find healthful ways to cope with the stress. "If you're tired physically, mentally or spiritually, it is hard to feel like the person you're connecting with is the most important person in your universe at that moment," Gordon added.

Bon Secours offers many resources, including Employee Wellness programs such as the Cleveland Clinic's Stress Free Now, the Bon Secours Employee Assistance Program (EAP), financial workshops and other offerings to help employees bring balance to their lives.

"We want be as supportive as possible so our employees experience joy in the workplace, and have a sense of well-being and wholeness," said Gordon. "Our employees have to feel those things within themselves so they can bring their personal best to our patients."
