These courses are designed to bring people already skilled and experienced in the older versions of these standards fully up to date. With course tutor and course materials supplied by our partner and premier provider SGS, we feel they represent outstanding value for money at £750 for the full three days covering both standards.
However, for people only requiring training in one or other, but not both, of these standards, there is the option of a reduction for attending just the two relevant days,
Click here to learn more about the content and nature of the courses and/or to register for the first one, which starts on 19th January 2016 at Chartridge Park Golf Club, Chesham, Bucks. |

This month we bring you updates on a couple of items from our previous two Newsletters.
In August we brought you news of the nominees for the 2015 EFQM Award. Today we bring you news of the winners, who were announced on the 22nd October during the 2015 EFQM Forum - see below.
Last month we explained the changes to ISO 9001 and 14001 as a result of the recent introduction of the new 2015 versions. We also brought you the news that we are planning, in conjunction with our partners SGS, to provide transition training for existing lead auditors or internal auditors and other people already skilled and experienced in the application of these standards, to bring them fully up to date with the new versions.
Of particular interest to those who are already practising lead auditors, the course will result in a certificate qualifying them to audit to the new versions of these standards.
See below left to obtain full details and sign up for our first course, which starts on the 19th January 2016 in Chesham.

EFQM Excellence Awards - 2015 winners
The EFQM Award is designed to recognise Europe's best performing organisations, whether private, public or not-for-profit. It recognises organisations which have demonstrated excellence in all areas of operation, with assessment based on the nine areas of the EFQM Excellence Model.
This year the Award was given jointly to BMW AG Werk Regensburg and WDH (Wakefield District Housing).
As well as this main award for all-round excellent performance, a number of other prizes were given for specific areas of excellence, such as "Adding value for customer". Click here to see a full list of all the winners and find out more about them..
Or better still, why not have a read of the EFQM Excellence Awards 2015 Recognition Book, which contains more detailed information about all the prize winners and how they achieved and plan to maintain their high levels of excellence. It contains some very useful learning points for anyone who wishes to improve their own performance.
