Your current insurance agent can write through First Benefits Insurance. The team at First Benefits is happy to contact the agent with whom you've built a relationship to discuss your current needs. Call (888) 393-2667, and First Benefits will walk you through the process!

Workers' Comp Insurance is mandated by state law if a business has three or more employees. Many members qualify for First Benefit's monthly payment plan. And under the monthly payment plan, you may choose to pay your premium a month in arrears based on your actual payroll. Reporting actual payroll eliminates the surprise of end-of-year audits and allows you to adjust the cost of your coverage for seasonal hiring.
