Looking for a fun way to be involved in the PFC? What about selling ICE CREAM? The kids line up to see you every Wednesday afternoon after school! You get to meet nice people at the Dairy when you pick up the ice cream! You get to change up what we sell!! Alas, this is my last year at Donlon and it's time to pass on the torch! Please contact me at mirmbett@pacbell.net and we can talk details. If someone doesn't step up, this fun event that brings many smiles and messy faces to Donlon will no longer happen! |
Teacher Appreciation Week Chair Needed
The PFC is currently looking for a chair for its upcoming Teacher Appreciation Week. This year it is being held in May. This is not only a fun role, but much appreciated by each Teacher at Donlon. It requires someone with a bit of creativity and willingness to ensure that each Teacher knows how much they are appreciated during the week. The PFC typically does something small each day and then wraps up the week with a nice luncheon. The PFC already has a few parents who are willing to help, so you will not be on your own.
