The Aliso Viejo biotech announced that it intends to vigorously defend itself against the patent infringement suit filed recently in the United States District Court for the District of Utah by Myriad Genetics, the University of Utah Research Foundation, the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, HSC Research and Development LP, and Endorecherche, Inc.
