Over the years our ExecNet Properties team has served over 235,000 guest nights with 40+ years of corporate housing experience.  All while ensuring our guests are comfortable in our tastefully furnished apartments.

 

The cornerstone of our success has been the team we've put together to serve you.  Their attention to detail, professionalism, and understanding of the stress involved in finding quality housing is what keeps us in business, and could be why we're heading into our 10th year of providing beautiful apartments for each of our guests.

Where Comfort Makes The Difference.  This has been our motto since our launch in 2000.  Because ExecNet Properties owns all of our high quality furniture and house wares, we can ensure you get the comfort you expect.

 

And our beds are incredible!  The 400+ thread count sheets envelop the super plush mattress pad, our down comforter is wrapped in a very soft duvet cover that's cleaned before every stay, and we add four fluffy pillows to make sure you are cozy.  All this with no calories!!!

 

There are so many little things we do to ensure your happiness, right down to a bottle of wine waiting for your arrival.  Then, when you awake in the morning, you can take a refreshing shower using the AVEDA products we've left for you, and you can make a great cup of Godiva coffee while surfing the Internet with high-speed connectivity.

 

The above is all worthless if you don't have a quality control team that "gets it".  Our team has developed a 400 point checklist to ensure your furnished apartment is pristine upon your arrival.  These checklists play an important role in our quality assurance process, which we'll elaborate on in a future newsletter.

Your furnished apartment is our feature location.  We are here to provide an outstanding service of meeting your needs and wants.  We want your furnished apartment to be in the part of town you want to be in, to be very comfortable, and at an affordable rate.  We are experts at this!!  Because we own all of our high quality furnishings, employ our own housekeepers, and the entire ExecNet team has been building lasting relationships at the best communities throughout the entire Denver Metro area, we know your stay will be an enjoyable one. 

 

Our team's out on the streets every day, we know where the traffic is at, where the road construction is going to be, all the little things you need to know about before making your housing decision.  The relationships we have built with these different communities has allowed us to become the preferred corporate housing provider for many communities, in addition to ExecNet providing there furnished guest suites.  We will only work with communities that we know have phenomenal customer service, and a tremendous sense of urgency.

Each month we want to introduce you to one of the ExecNet Properties team members that help in making it all happen.  Without them your ExecNet experience would not be the same, without them our lives at ExecNet would not be the same.  Toni Vanicelli has been a part of our lives for over 12 years.  Toni has called Colorado home for over 14 years, originally from the wonderful city of Irvine.  When we had the opportunity to bring Toni onto the ExecNet Properties team we didn't hesitate.  Since then she has brightened the day of all those that have had the pleasant experience of working with her.  Choosing an apartment is not just about price, you are making a decision on where you will be living, you must know the area and traffic flows before making your decision, her understanding and knowledge of the area will make that decision an educated decision, and an easy decision for you.  She alone has overseen 87,000+ guest nights.  Her attention to detail and genuine concern for all of our guests needs guarantees not only a comfortable apartment, but a comfortable working experience as well.
