The Denver Zoo. Our animals don't live in cages, neither should you.
 The Denver Zoo was established in 1896 and is located in Denver's beautiful City Park, only 1.5 miles from some of ExecNet Properties furnished condos at 1739 Gilpin Street. The Denver Zoo is extraordinary. With over 3,500 different animals, representing over 650 species, some considered threatened or endangered, and three species that are extinct. When seeing these animals in habitats that mirror their home life it provides a whole new appreciation for wildlife and conservation. In 1906 the mayor declared that the animals were living in an environment that was not at all like "home." Today it's modern exhibitry has improved the lives of animals with naturalistic habitats that are larger, beautifully landscaped, and animal enrichment opportunities that closely replicates their natural environment. If you're traveling to Denver, not only do we recommend touring the Denver Zoo, but to follow the lead of our mayor from over 100 years ago. He felt that living in a small and confining space is not a healthy environment for any animal. We agree!! This can be attributed to a city that has not been overdeveloped, an educated population, expanding public transit, and great weather and parks. * Louisville, CO, a smaller suburb of Denver was just voted the #1 "Best City to Live" in America by CNNMoney. Louisville has weathered the economic downturn with it's many high-tech, energy and health care industries which make Boulder County's unemployment rate among the lowest in the state. Not to mention 30 miles of trails, proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, great schools and low crime. * Denver ranks 8th in the country for the most job postings per capita by US News and World Report. Corporate Housing Solutions
Listening to your clients and discussing options can equate to solutions. Solutions that can save you money. Choosing corporate housing on longer term stays is an easy choice when compared to a typical hotel. The savings can be substantial, corporate housing can be ~30-50% less a month. But lets be honest, not everybody has the hotel budget for us to work down from, and then declare a savings. This is where ExecNet Properties is uniquely different. First, we listen to your needs and what you're looking for. If your budget is $1,500 we don't laugh and hang up, we listen. Recently we had a request for a two-bedroom, furnished apartment in the Downtown Denver area, with a budge of only $1,500. It was between corporate housing and an extended stay hotel with double occupancy. Our best pricing was $2,100 per month, hardly a savings. We were $600 more per month for the furnished apartment, or $300 more per person than they had budgeted. We discussed areas where that $300 can be reduced: - Having a full size kitchen to prepare healthy meals and store groceries.
- Having a full size washer/dryer in each furnished apartment. No need for quarters and wasting time.
- Quality of life. Two people sharing 300 square feet vs. sharing over 1,100 square feet.
- Each guest having there own bedroom and bathroom
These variables are different with everyone, but for this client that $600 difference went away, and they booked three furnished apartments for the remainder of the year with ExecNet Properties. We may or may not have been less expensive, but ExecNet Properties was a better value.

All of our guest will find a complimentary tote bag in every one-bedroom apartment, and two in every two and three bedroom apartment. These ExecNet Property tote bags measure 13" x 15" x 10".
