RCG Acquires 193,730 SF

RCG Ventures Fund II has completed the purchase of Shawano Plaza, a 193,730 SF shopping center located northwest of Green Bay in Shawano, Wisconsin.
Shawano Plaza is anchored by a dominant, market-leading grocer Pick 'n Save (Roundy's - NYSE: RNDY), JCPenney and Kmart. Located across the street from a freestanding Wal-Mart Supercenter, Shawano Plaza is one of the most highly trafficked shopping centers in the market. Additional tenants include H&R Block, GNC, Dollar Tree, and Maurices.
