RCG Sells Cordele Corners

RCG Ventures has completed the sale of Cordele Corners, a 120,868 SF shopping center located in Cordele, Georgia. The sale of the Tractor Supply, Beall's Outlet, Dollar Tree, and It's Fashion Metro anchored center was brokered by Drew Fleming and Mark Joines of Cassidy Turley and acquired by a private buyer.
