RCG Ventures is pleased to announce the completion of a retail redevelopment located in Gastonia, North Carolina at 2830 East Franklin Boulevard, adjacent to the Home Depot. 
 

The project featured the conversion of the former Carolina Harley-Davidson into a 55,000-square-foot build-to-suit retail space combining Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us stores under one roof. Working in conjunction with Catamount Constructors, the project was completed in six months with Toys"R"Us/Babies"R"Us Gastonia celebrating its Grand Opening on Friday, April 27.

In addition to the new Toys"R"Us/Babies"R"Us Side-by-Side store, RCG has several other development projects underway, including a Publix grocery store in Tifton, Georgia and a shopping center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
