The Sun is Starfood  

Nature's most important food we eat directly or indirectly  sun

 

The Sun is the central planetary star of our universe. Its light outshines all the other stars with the exception of the Moon.  As a planet and star, we are solely dependent upon its solar rays that light and heat the planet and our atmosphere for all life to exist.  The Sun is the source for all of the energy on our planet Earth.  All of the natural resources on Earth are different forms of Sun energy from oil, minerals, plants, vegetation, and so forth.  This is all common knowledge, but what is not so common is what has come to surface of late with recent research findings in regards to Vitamin D and the Sun as food, direct and indirect.

 

There is a new documentary on the practice of Sun Gazing called "Eat the Sun."  The documentary brings awareness and information on the whole artform of Sun Gazing.  HRM is one of the primary leaders of the sun gaze movement and teaches that we can look directly into the Sun starting at 10 seconds and increase 10 seconds each consecutive day when the Sun is either rising or setting.  When the Sun is rising and setting the ultraviolet rays are at zero levels so it will not damage your eyes.  The goal is to work up to 44 minutes with incrementally working up 10 seconds at a time.  To work up to 44 minutes of sun gazing using this method, it will take 264 days to complete.  Practitioners report losing their appetite for food during this process.  Some even claim that one can live solely without food, just water by the practice of sun gazing.   

 

How would living just on the Sun be possible?  With sun gazing, the sunlight from the Sun goes from the eyes directly to the pituitary gland.  The Pituitary gland regulates human growth hormones, blood pressure, pregnancy and childbirth, breast milk production, sexual organs, thyroid function, water balance via the kidneys, temperature regulation, relieves pain, induces positive mood, and the conversion of food into energy.  HRM, a longtime sun gazer, has an enlarged pituitary gland.  Is it logical that most people have undersized pituitary glands?  With the many key body functions of the pituitary gland and the stimulation from the sun, we can deduce that direct contact with the Sun is food. 

 

Skin stimulation via sun rays is just as beneficial if the practice of sun gazing is not adopted.  When skin is stimulated by sunlight, vitamin D is produced in the body.  Vitamin D is the sunshine hormone that seems to make everything necessary for good health happen in the body.  From calcium absorption, good immune health, a balancer of hormones, vitamin D has even shown to help eliminate all forms of cancer.  Vitamin C and D perform twin like functions.  Vitamin C, also a hormone, does essentially the same thing!  Vitamin C is in basically all fruits and green leafy vegetables. 

 

What is the other source of eating the Sun's energy?  We can eat the Sun indirectly by eating foods created through photosynthesis.  Photosynthesis is the process of converting the Sun's energy into fresh food by absorbing the Sun's rays into proteins that contain chlorophylls.  Chlorophyll vegetation is your dark green leafy vegetables, seaweeds, and algaes.  Fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables are where Vitamin C is found.  By eating largely a fresh living food diet with fruits and vegetables, vitamin C supplementation is not necessary.  Vitamin C therapy where megadoses are administered is a popular alternative remedy.  Vitamin C has become one of the most powerful healing hormones along with vitamim D and shown to be effective against any incurable disease when megadoses are given.  How about eating the cure?

 

Vitamin C fruits are bright colored like the Sun.  You are eating andvit c drinking liquid Sun with fresh squeezed orange juice.  Therefore, food high in Vitamin C is indirect sunfood or starfood.  For those people who are concerned about skin damage or sunburn from the Sun, Vitamin C helps protect and heal the skin from any damage created by the Sun.  The fact that getting ample amounts of sunlight in whatever form reduces the appetite, and stimulates most vital functions in the body, tells me how important the Sun is to our bodily functions and life on Earth.  This can also explain why many indigenous cultures who were directly dependent on Nature for their survival were Sun worshippers.  Even if you are not vegetarian, you indirectly eat Sunfood because most animals are dependent on the Sun's energy for food and survival. 

 

As we approach the end of summer, get as much direct sunfood as possible.  Throw out the sunshades, wear as little clothing as possible, and get a few hours (in the middle of the day preferably) of outdoor activity.  Nature's Sun foods need to be in their fresh state for maximum benefits.  When the nature's Sun foods above are heated, pasteurized, or cooked, we essentially remove the Sun from the food.  This is the reason why cooked food is not healing.  Sunfood, or Starfood, is healing food.
