Making these 7 Attributes a Way of Life will Lead to Longer Life
7. Live Food Diet - If you are not eating at least 80% fresh living foods then your diet is not healthy. The practice of cooking evolved partly from the necessity to bring moisture to starch dominant foods. Destroying food with excess fire (microwave, grill, deep frying, oven, pan frying) creates acid forming food which will create an acidic body. An acidic body will lend itself to disease, illness, and a shorter lifespan. Live foods, for the most part, are akaline forming. An akaline environment is one in which viruses and disease can not sustain. Living foods have a perfect balance of water, fiber, minerals, ezymes, and vitamins. You are what you eat, and eating foods that are alive will keep you alive longer. The Live food diet has shown to reverse case after case of all types of cancer, a condition that will prematurely end life.
6. Eat 1 Meal a Day - Eating one meal a day or small portions of food through out the day allows the digestive system to regenerate each and every day. Energetically speaking, we should eat our only meal (or largest) between the hours of 12 noon and 4pm. During the midday hours when the Sun is at its strongest position during the day, it is also in sync with our strongest digestive fire. Optimal minimal eating allows the body to assimilate with maximum efficiency. If there is food on the stomach when it is time to retire (after 8pm) then the body's internal digestive system will not regenerate properly during the healing hours of sleep. Also, by including more living foods in your diet, especially green leafy vegetables, you will be eating more nutrient dense food and therefore less quantity which means better assimilation, regeneration, and longer life.
5. Preservation of Sexual Energy - For men and women what this means is the retention of life sustaining sexual fluids. Men retain their fluids by not ejaculating or through the practice of injaculating rather than ejaculating. Ejaculation is a natural process that should be minimized in order to channel that powerful sex energy properly. The Toaists say that one drop of semen is equivalent to 9 drops of blood. For women, it is through diet and exercise that her menstruation is limited to a maximum of 2 to 3 days. Some argue that menstruation is not normal. With a 5-7 day loss of blood is a loss of vital life energy which over time can lead to uterine fibroid tumors, early menopause, and cancer. Over ejaculation for men will lead to hair loss, loss of libido and overall energy, and prostate cancer.
4. Exercise - If you don't use your body, you will lose it. Moderate exercise sustains bone density, improves mood, digestion and assimilation, and prevents disease. The best exercises are the ones that involves flexibility, strength, concentration and endurance. The best line of work from a longevity health standpoint, is one where you are outdoors, on your feet, and moving around. Most people work indoors, at a desk, on a radiation emitting computer no less. For those people who's work is indoors and sedentary have to make a special effort to exercise, preferably outdoors, to compensate for sitting all day indoors.
3. Emotional Poise - Stress kills and is acid forming in the body. Having a positive mental attitude, especially during the challenges of life, is akaline forming will lend to a healthy long life. Regular exercise and proper diet create a situation where the internal organs function optimally. Our internal organ system is connected to positive and negative emotions. Having an unbalanced level of fear is associated with our kidneys and we could put our kidneys at risk in due time unless we put the proper remedies in place. Regular prayer and meditation is very healing and regenerative for sustaining an even flow of energy where there is no negative buildup of stress in any particular area of the body. Healthy relationships is also worth mentioning here in sustaining positive emotions such as love in creating an optimal environment for our body temple.
2. Periodic Fasting - Voluntarily fasting throughout one's life is one of the most powerful life sustaining and regenerating practices that one can do. My handyman explained to me how important it is to periodically flush out your hot water heater. "It will last forever." The science behind flushing out your hot water heater is that municipal water contains chemicals that react over time with heat. That process can cause rust to form and permanantly damage your water heater and cause an unexpected flood. Our cars need the same attention and maintenance. Scheduled maintenance prevents more costly unexpected repairs. Periodically fasting (once a week, once a month, or at a minimum of every 3 months) is our needed scheduled maintenance for our most valuable asset, our body temple. Fasting periodically will not only prevent unexpected illness and disease but will allow for rest, regeneration and a longer higher quality of life.
1. Connect with Nature - Every case of extreme longevity I have researched there is an almost always a daily connection with Nature. It could be through gardening, foraging, walking barefoot on the Earth, camping, nature hikes, climbing trees, bathing in rivers or streams, etc. Sungazing is a nature practice where you gaze at the Sun during sunrise and/or sunset (also requires you to connect barefoot with the Earth). Our Earth is a cosmic life sustaining star that along with our Solar system is the primary reason for life. The Earth is our home and by connecting with Nature on a regular basis not only will it regenerate us physically but we will gain an appreciation only known to the indigenous cultures where a reliance on nature and the Earth created favorable living and balance. By being in balance with Nature and the Earth, a give and take relationship exists where the macro (Earth) supports the micro (human) for everlasting life.

Raw Vibration Intensive Certification Culinary Food Science In this 2 day living course we will uncover the mystery of raw food science and cuisine. There are 2 primary tenants to study.
