'Berg Receives Gift from Trexler Trust for New Rehearsal Space
Muhlenberg received a $500,000 leadership gift from the Harry C. Trexler Trust, to assist the College in opening a $3.5 million practice and rehearsal house to serve the music, theatre, and dance departments.

On April 26, 2009, the Office of Development and Alumni Relations held its annual Honors Convocation Donor Recognition Luncheon. President Randy Helm, Muhlenberg College Trustees, faculty, staff, student recipients, parents and guests gathered to meet and honor those donors who provide generous support for awards and prizes at Muhlenberg. After lunch, remarks were made by President Helm and Kaitlin Ritter '10. Kaitlin is following the pre-medicine program with a major in Biology and a minor in English.
