Challenge Gift

Hillel_Constant Contact

Together with Hillel staff and student leadership, the College administration has created a vision for a renovation and expansion of the existing Hillel House that incorporates a magnificent addition including a Shabbat Dinner Hall with seating for over 300, a dedicated sanctuary, an institutional kitchen, additional student and staff office space and a student-designed lounge.

We began the school year with a $1 million challenge gift from a Muhlenberg family.  Commitment to this important project is growing each day.

Message from the PresidentRandy_Constant Contact

Dear Muhlenberg friends and family,

At this joyful time of year, I'm pleased to update you on Muhlenberg's comprehensive campaign, The Talents Entrusted to Our Care, and to thank all those who have already made a commitment to support this important initiative.

With this newsletter, I'm also pleased to share the latest campaign news with you and to announce that the campaign has reached $92.2 million in gifts and commitments - despite an economic crisis and budgets that are stretched thin.   (For more information, visit the Commitments to Date page on the Talents website.)

You should have already received an e-mail message from me introducing my holiday video and encouraging you to consider a year-end gift to Muhlenberg.  To view the video click on the links below.

As I mentioned in my email last week, some of my family have suggested that in lieu of presents this year we make gifts to our favorite charities in each others' honor.  So I urge you to consider honoring a friend or family member with a gift to Muhlenberg this season.   The College will notify your loved one of your generosity in his or her name, and you will gain the joy of knowing you have helped this generation of students receive their Muhlenberg experience.  To make an online gift to The Muhlenberg Fund before the calendar year ends, click here now.  Thank you.

Again, Pat and I send our warmest wishes for the holiday season, and health and happiness in the year to come.
