- Advanced Call Specialist Shane spoke with someone who stated they only needed the funeral home's address. With the correct follow-up questions, Shane was able to determine that someone had actually passed away.
- Assistant Supervisor Isabel handled a call from an elderly caller living in an assisted living facility who was very confused. Isabel listened patiently and was able to obtain a name and number so the director could follow up.
