This Common Problem can Hinder your Oral Chelation Progress

Greetings!
It continues to surprise me to see how frequently constipation is a major factor in preventing people from detoxifying. Frequently, people are totally unaware of the harmful effects of constipation. The fact is, excretion through the liver into the bile and gastrointestinal tract is a major detoxification route.. The liver synthesizes glutathione which is able to complex with toxic metals and chemicals and these complexes pass into the gastrointestinal tract. When people have infrequent bowel movements, it allows these toxic complexes to be reabsorbed into the body before they can be excreted into the feces. While constipation can be a difficult and chronic problem in many people, the solutions can be surprisingly easy. First, eating a diet high in processed foods can an important factor in creating your problem. By consciously eating lots of high fiber foods in the form of vegetables and fruits, the problem can disappear almost as if by magic. Obtaining regular exercise can also be a major factor. Just taking a brisk walk for 20 or 30 min. daily can have a huge beneficial effect. If these measures are not sufficient, the next step is to take vitamin C in gradually increasing doses. Start with 1000 mg every eight hours and increase the dose by 500 mg every eight hours every 2 days until you begin having frequent loose stools. Then decrease the dose of vitamin C until you are having one or two bowel movements daily. Another useful measure is to use magnesium citrate along with the vitamin C. Start with 500 mg twice daily and gradually increase. This is particularly useful for people who exhibit low magnesium levels in their hair analysis. Another simple measure is to drink a cop of strong coffee every morning. This triggers a gastro-colic reflex which can cause your colon to empty. If the constipation persists despite the above measures, one should check one's body temperature. Taking one's temperature is an excellent screening test for hypothyroidism which is a well-known cause of constipation and hypo-metabolism. The presence of low body temperature, even with normal thyroid blood tests, is a clear indication that your cells are receiving insufficient T3. T3 is actually 5 to 6 times more potent than T4 (throxine) which is a weak thyroid hormone. Persons with high levels of metal and chemical toxins often have difficulty converting T4 into the more potent T3. This problem can be readily managed by a knowledgeable healthcare provider. Of course, solving your constipation problem will probably not by itself eliminate your heavy metal problem, but it will allow you to detoxify your body with Chelorex® much more efficiently as Chelorex® promotes excretion of heavy metals mainly through the gastrointestinal tract ... the way Nature intended.
