Welcome to the newsletter archives for TwoCan Clay designs by Janet Pitcher. Janet creates the detailed designs involved in the shaped millefiori beads.  She blends the clay to create new color palettes then use that clay to build complex canes which are then reduced by hand to the size desired for each bead.  The canes are then sliced, formed, cured, drilled, sanded and buffed to the desired finish.  The jewelry is accented with beautiful lampwork glass, semi-precious stones, and precious metal beads to achieve the finished piece.
