As
a Holistic Nutrition Counselor, I work with people who want to have
more energy, feel and look better, and most importantly, take care of
their bodies to fend off common diseases that are plaguing us today
(diabetes, heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, food allergies, thyroid
conditions, digestive issues, etc.). WHOLE FOODS ARE MEDICINE. We
start by focusing on nutrition, but the program is holistic so we look
at other aspects of life which "feed" us such as career, relationships,
spirituality, and physical activity. We meet twice a month, in-person
or over the phone, for six months - long enough to solidify real
change. Although I provide the structure of the program, it is
personalized to an individual's specific health goals. I offer an
initial complimentary hour-long Health History session. Just complete
the confidential Health History form located in the bottom right-hand
corner of my website and we'll meet to discuss your specific health goals. You're just one click away from a healthier you!
The six-month program rate is HALF PRICE THROUGH JULY. Please take advantage of this super offer. Schedule your complimentary Health History session today!
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL:
Working with Pure Potential Wellness
has been an educational experience above all. I suffered from severe
back and nerve pain for several years and needed to make serious
lifestyle changes beginning with my diet and exercise. Aundrea made
the mountain I felt I needed to conquer seem more like a series of
small hills, taking one step at a time and not being too hard on myself
if I strayed for a moment. Nutrition is a major theme in my program
study and each meeting I learn about new leafy greens or whole grains
that I can experiment with in my diet. I'm also learning new and
improved alternatives to my "normal" diet and guilty pleasures, like
coconut butter rather than butter and agave nectar rather than sugar or
syrup. I find myself wanting to share all my new knowledge and
"secrets" with my friends and family; knowing that I can't force anyone
to make changes, all I can do is inform. Now, more than ever, I'm
aware of what I put into my body. Though I haven't completely
incorporated only organic whole foods into my diet, I am becoming more
and more aware of making those healthy decisions.
I already knew
that a healthy diet and exercise is the key to success, but focusing on
it so consistently for a period of time is really the key to making
those changes, that ultimately need to be lifestyle changes that last a
life time - they need to become who you are.
Thanks, Aundrea ~ Erin O'Brien
