What to work on this week...

Last month we wrote about the importance of your website being mobile friendly. Since that post we have found a new tool that will help you determine whether or not your site reads well on all types of mobile devices.

Google Developers have created a mobile testing tool that can be accessed at this link: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly.

Simply type your website URL into the search bar and click the blue Analyze button on the right. Your results will be visually displayed in seconds.

The tool will show you how a googlebot sees your home page on a mobile device and tell you what elements of your website need to be improved to make it mobile friendly. If you also use Google's Webmaster tools as part of your monthly marketing analysis then you can also see how many of your website's interior pages are also mobile friendly.

Spend some time this week to see what google says about your website!

Best BC Craft Beers

A series of newsletters from us would not be complete without some food, wine or travel recommendations thrown in. Our 19th Hole Blog features some of our local favorites in the 'Best BC Wines' and "Best BC Craft Beer" categories.

Our recent Craft Beer post is from Arrowhead Brewing Company in Invermere, BC, a place we have visited at least once a year since it opened in October 2012. They brew 10 or 11 different varieties with a philosophy that values quality and experimenting with new styles. We like their honey brown ale, made with honey from Arrowhead's own bees, their blonde ale and their IPA. The taproom is relaxed and fun for tasting, so check it out if you are in the Kootenays this summer.
