Lori Hartwell ASN President's Medal 2013
It was a true honor to receive this medal, but I never would have made it if science and innovation and all those who don't give up hadn't come up with new treatments and options for people with kidney disease. Let's all hang on for the cure.

I was reading the Reader's Digest and I came across this joke.

"My friend reviewed her young son's fill-in-the-blank homework. One line: "At Christmas, we exchange gifts with ____." His response: "Receipts."

With all the holiday sales promotions it is easy to get caught up in the excitement of it all. The holidays can be trying for many people, so please take a moment and remember to bring cheer to those who find the holidays stressful.
Give the Gift of Music and Help RSN
One of Lori's favorite songs is
"Good Day" by Quattro. They were nominated this year for Best New Artist and have a great cool mix of jazz, classical, and pop music.
