My family has a Thanksgiving Holiday tradition of going around the table and stating what we are grateful for. I have a long list of things I am grateful for including my health, family, friends and having plenty of food to share. What will you state you are grateful for?

Emergency Diet Preparations | |
3-Day Emergency Meal Plan(Courtesy of Network 18) With extreme weather happening from coast to coast, we want to make sure people on dialysis know what food they need to have if they are stuck in-doors. Please keep in mind this is an emergency diet, to be used when you won't have access to care for a few days.
Feel free to download, print and take it to the grocery so you add these items to your emergency preparation kit. More Emergency Resources Here
