Tim joined the Iowa Finance Authority on September 29. Previously, he served as a Senior Credit Analyst at Dickinson Financial. His background includes investments and general finance.

The Iowa Finance Authority and Iowa Economic Development Authority jointly announced the availability of draft documents for the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan, including: 2015 - 2019 Consolidated Plan for Housing & Community Development, 2015 Annual Action Plan, Section 108 Application and the Citizen Participation Plan. The annual report for the latest fiscal year is now available on the SRF Resources Page. The report covers program activities and accomplishments during the state fiscal year 2014, from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. Read more.
