2015 Mandatory Housing Tax Credit
Developer Meetings

The Iowa Finance Authority is hosting three Mandatory Housing Tax Credit developer meetings in October. Attendance at one of the meetings is mandatory for developers planning to submit an application for 2015 Housing Tax Credits. The project developer or developer's representative must attend one of the required trainings.
Please note that each of the three sessions are the same and are limited to 30 attendees. The online application will be available prior to training.
*Subject to the final approval of the 2015 Qualified Allocation Plan by the Iowa Finance Authority Board on Wednesday, October 8, 2014.
OPTIONAL Application Training
The Iowa Finance Authority will be offering a training for developers who are new to the program or for those who want to improve their skills with the online application. The fundamentals of the online application will be covered during this training. Specific project questions will not be discussed at this time.
Note that the session is limited to 30 attendees. Please bring your own laptop; tablets will not work with the online application tool.
