Is your property valued correctly? Appeal season is here, property owners have a brief 30 day window to appeal their assessment.  Business Property Taxes According to Crain's, property tax reductions were received by 8 of the 10 largest properties in Chicago. With the help of major downtown law firms, all ten appealed their assessment at least once in the past three years. Read Article. My goal is to try to level this playing field, by helping the 'little guy', AKA the rest of us, the other 99%.
