Assessment Roll is the annual process of communicating property value changes to taxpayers.  It also starts the clock on the 30 day window for appealing your assessment.  Blink and you miss it!  Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your 2012 Assessment Notice.

Although legislators were called into special session by Governor Quinn, they failed to address the huge pension problem faced by Illinois.

Chicago Property Tax Increase Possible 

 

Although the City has cut its projected deficit almost in half, it still could face a $369 million shortfall.

 

One way the City could close the deficit gap is to increase property taxes.
