5 SIMPLE TIPS TO EATING HEALTHY:1). Start your day with fruits and vegetables:
Green Smoothies, Berry Bowls, Tofu and Veggie Scramble, Melon Scoops, Fruit Kabobs.
2). Eat a big green salad for lunch:
Start with a dark leafy green (Spinach, Chard, Kale) and add all your favorite Veggies.
3). Always have a daily serving or two of beans
Lentils, Garbanzo Beans, Black Beans,
whatever you enjoy:
have as a main course with fresh Parsley, Garlic and Lemon, or add to your Big Salad.
4). Make each meal a Rainbow of Color:
When you eat foods that are live and colorful, you will begin to feel the vibrancy affecting your cells, your blood and your energy.
