While out of town all summer, I decided to polish up on reading my cookbooks. YUM!
I read and am happy to recommend the following three cookbooks:
1). Quinoa Revolution by Patricia Green and Carolyn Hemming (not Vegan but many delicious recipes that are easy to make animal-free) 2). Thrive Forward by Brendan Brazier (met him, love him, love his book in every way: beyond great!) 3). The Conscious Cook by Tal Ronnen (met him, love him, love his book too: the recipes are a little more complex than Brendan's, so if you're looking for more of a "gourmet approach", this is it!)
