My Healthy Life . . .
. . . begins with
enjoying hydrating foods

By now, we all know that
one of the most important things we should do for our bodies is to drink plenty of water.
Sometimes, it's just not as easy as it sounds, and we don't really drink as much water
as we should
(to calculate: take your body weight,
divide it in half and that number is equal to
how many ounces a day you need to drink).

WATER makes up
75% of our brain,
83% of our blood,
75% of our muscles, and
22% of our bones

So why not eat more foods that have
more water to make up for the water
we're not drinking daily?
Below you will see which 10 foods
have the most hydrating properties:

The Top 10 Most Hydrating Foods are:

BLUEBERRIES (95% water)
CELERY (95% water)
CUCUMBERS (96% water)
GRAPEFRUIT (90% water)
LETTUCE (95% water)
MELON (89% water)
PEAR (92% water)
PINEAPPLE (95% water)
TOMATO (94% water)
WATERMELON (96% water)
