St. Louis Call Day Live-StreamingPeople interested in Call Day Services at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, can watch the services via live streaming at callday.csl.edu. Two services will be held in the Chapel of St. Timothy and St. Titus on the seminary campus in St. Louis on Tuesday, April 26. Students who will begin a year of serve as vicars or deaconess interns will receive their assignments at a worship service starting at 3 p.m. (CDT). Candidates for the pastoral ministry will receive their first calls to serve as LCMS pastors, deaconesses, chaplains and missionaries at 7 p.m. (CDT). The seminary's help desk will be staffed to handle support calls at 866-333-2064 and 314-505-7231. A test stream will be available before the event so viewers may test their computers in advance. Calls and assignments will be shared on Twitter in real time, use hash tag #CallDay2016.
Fort Wayne Call Service Information
Assignment and call services at Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana, are on April 26 and 27. Friends and family members who cannot be on campus for the services can watch live by going to www.ctsfw.edu. The assignments and calls will also be posted on the Seminary's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ctsfw and at www.twitter.com/CTSFWedu as they are announced. Vicarage and deaconess internship assignments will be announced in a service on Tuesday, April 26, at 7 p.m. The pastoral ministry call service is on Wednesday, April 27, at 7 p.m.

Memorial Service for Departed ChildrenA memorial service for departed children will be held at Zion Lutheran Church's cemetary, 11456 N 11000E Road, Grant Park, Sunday, May 1, at 5 p.m. In the sure hope of the resurrection to life everlasting won for us by Jesus Christ, we invite any and all who grieve the death of a child whether through miscarriage, sickness, abortion, accident, or any other tragedy. Introduction to Deaf Ministry Class
CUC will offer a new course, ASL-2000: Introduction to Deaf Ministry, as a summer intensive from May 17-22. The course will provide American Sign Language (ASL) training for church interpreters, professional church workers and people interested in learning more about Deaf Ministry.  POURED OUT 2016POURED OUT is a weekend mission experience, June 3-5, for students entering 6th-8th grade (2016-2017 school year) . Students spend the weekend at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Belvidere, and get a chance to see just what a mission trip looks like while serving in the Belvidere/Rockford area. It is only $40 for the whole weekend for students to experience serving others through God's love. Registration deadline is May 27.
