 Dear (Contact First Name),

What's happier than a holiday season like this one? For those of you wanting a promotion at work or an entirely new job, well, the invitation for a job interview can't be beat, right?

The last two issues dealt respectively with questions asked by Green and Gold interviewers. This week we consider the important values of Blue interviewers.

On another note, do not forget that for booking a regular Four Windows workshop, two people that you choose in your organization will get a free weekend in Sedona next Spring Break. The workshop can take place any time in the winter or spring of 2013, but it must be booked by December 31, 2012.

Persuade a Blue Job Interviewer

Blue people care most about who you are and how they can relate to you personally. In addition, you may be facing a true idealist of some kind, perhaps not unlike Nelson Mandela above.

Here is what a job interviewer who happens to be a Blue idealist is looking for.

1. Will you energize my team?

2. Are you genuinely friendly and actually cooperative?

3. Do you have the skills to create or support harmony in the workplace, i.e., how good are your social skills and emotional intelligence?

4. Can you deal with difficult people and conflict?

5. Do you have integrity and do you believe in a business with integrity?

6. Do you see the team and the company above self?

7. Are you future-oriented and especially open to change and creativity?

8. Do you enjoy a conversation about big ideas?

9. Are you passionate and cause-oriented?

10. Do I personally want to work with you?
