Over the many years I have been training and certifying yoga teachers I've had the honour of witnessing an ongoing series of personal transformations. From the abused spouse who left to the banker-turned-artist to the people just like you and me who felt better every day - it's been amazing to be a part of such change.
 
YogaLife's Teacher Training Program is designed so you can customise your personal growth journey. We employ the power of the mind to attain a yogic state of being. In other words, by practicing healthy movement, breathing, mind-quieting techniques and attaining guidance with practice, you become the person you were meant to be!
 
The first step in this process is a free personalised consultation. What surprised me over the years is how many people sat before me and said, "I've wanted to take this program for a long time, I just didn't feel like I deserved it."
 
The first time I heard this I thought, Yeah, shame sure can hold us back. The tenth time I heard it I thought, There's a pattern here.
 
Ask yourself: Do you deserve to be authentic? Is it allowable for you to be happy? Do you want to be more peaceful? Is it okay if you follow your dreams?
 
Aren't we funny? I bet some of those questions caused a little twinge of uncertainty. Intellectually we know we're allowed to be happy. We understand our dreams exist to guide us. And yet...what do we deserve?
 
Today, take a leap of faith and come out to the Self-Realisation information gathering. It's no pressure and I'll even teach you a little yoga class at the end.
 
The program is designed to connect you with your inner compass, remove shame and loneliness, and support you in living your yoga so that YOUR peace of mind inspires others to do the same. Oh, and it trains you to be a safe, ethical, kind Yoga Teacher (About half the people in the program wish to become teachers, the rest are taking it for their own growth).
