Programming has been busy packing the latest update with all kinds of goodies! The latest RMS update will be released soon.  It contains program features and suggestions that you have requested.  In this Newsletter we will unpack some of those for you and give you a preview of what to expect.

Integrated Credit Card Processing
null The latest RMS update will contain many improvements including changes to the RMS Credit Card processing module. RMS users  will enter credit cards into a new pop up screen.  The new process acquires a token for the transaction which can be used as often as needed to complete the payment for the reservation. In addition, a credit card convenience fee may be set up and seen on the reservation payment screen.  This new fee allows for the property manager to charge a credit card fee per transaction to the guest.

Arrival Listing Report Changes
The Arrival Listing Report offers a variety of options for the RMS user.  Once the update is installed, cell phone numbers can be printed on the Arrival Listing along with the check-in information. 

Cell phone numbers are entered when the guest information is entered at the time of booking.  Enter the cell phone number in the field labelled "cell phone".  To enter the cell phone number after the reservation is booked, go to the Mail File and retrieve the guest information by entering the guests name in the search field and press <Enter> or click "Go". Enter the cell phone number and click "OK" to save your changes.
