The screening is presented by One in Five Minds, the advocacy campaign sponsored by Clarity CGC to increase awareness of children's mental health.
The movie is based on a true story, and the screening will be hosted by No Letting Go writer and producer Randi Silverman. Randi will also participate in a Q&A after the screening.

Clarity CGC is pleased to welcome Cynthia Lynn Phelps, PhD, for our first CEU event of 2017 - Self-Compassion: An Introduction to the Concepts and Tools.
Dr. Phelps, a Texas State Licensed Peer Recovery Coach and founder of InnerAlly, a mental wellness mobile app development company, will discuss the use of self-compassion to help people cope with mental illness, including addiction recovery.

Save the date: New session of NAMI Basics returns to Clarity CGC on Tuesday, February 21
NAMI Basics is a free, six session course for parents and primary caregivers of children and adolescents living with mental illness. The program is taught by trained teachers who are also the parents or family caregivers of individuals who experienced emotional or behavioral difficulties prior to age 13.
NAMI Basics is offered by NAMI San Antonio, the local organization of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. The program will begin on Tuesday, February 21 at 6:30 p.m. at Clarity CGC.

New Teen Group session begins Monday, January 9
A few spaces are still available for the next session of the Clarity CGC Teen Group.
The Teen Group sessions take place every Monday, beginning January 9, 2017, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Clarity CGC Outpatient Services building at 8535 Tom Slick Drive. Cost is $25 per session and may be a covered benefit under your insurance plan. The group is limited to eight participants.
