Do you know an unsung mental health advocate? Nominations are being accepted for the Kathy Cunningham Mental Health Advocacy Award, but need to be submitted by January 31.

The award was created to honor the memory of Kathy Cunningham, who spent over 30 years advocating for mental health care and awareness.

Award recipients receive recognition at Claritycon2016 and $500.

Free Community Presentation - Law Enforcement and the Mentally Ill: Trends, Innovation and Policy
The San Antonio Police Department's (SAPD) approach to interaction with the mentally ill has been hailed as a national model. On Friday, February 19, Clarity CGC welcomes SAPD Officers William Kasberg and Jesse Trevino to discuss this important topic during their presentation, Law Enforcement and the Mentally Ill: Trends, Innovation and Policy.

Dyslexia Assessment Services now available at Clarity CGC
Clarity CGC is providing Dyslexia Assessment Services to families who suspect their child may have dyslexia. Testing will include the following areas: cognitive functioning, reading, writing and spelling. The assessment should meet the requirements of school districts for a diagnosis of dyslexia.
