In our latest on-demand video series, Lee Mason, PhD, BCBA-D, discusses Autism in his presentation entitled, Fictional Explanations of Autistic Behavior.

Recorded and now available as a  5-part video series, Dr. Mason discussed conceptualizing Autism as a contingency-shaped disorder of verbal behavior, and how this may provide a more effective paradigm for behavioral research and treatment of Autism.

Objectives of his presentation include:
  • Defining Autism as a verbal behavior
  • Identifying explanatory fictions, and
  • Identifying characteristics of behavior analytic interventions
Free DVD copies of this video series are available. To order your copy, send an email to Mike Hannan, and include your mailing address, telephone number and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
