QANTAS A380 DAILY TO HONG KONG 
Qantas passengers who travel to Hong Kong and the USA next year will stand a better chance of scoring a ride on Qantas' flagship Airbus A380 as the airline rosters the superjumbo onto more flights.
The daily Sydney-Hong Kong QF127/128 service will be upgraded to an A380 running every day from Thursday, 2 January 2014 through to Monday, 3 March , 2014.
The current schedule sees the A380 operating only on Thursday to Sunday with a Boeing 747 on the remaining three days, although an A380 will take over the Monday flights from November 4.
Meanwhile, the Sydney-Los Angeles flights QF107/108 will also switch from a Boeing 747 to an Airbus A380 on Fridays and Sundays from January 3 to January 26, 2014.

SINGAPORE AIRLINES INCREASE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE IN ALL CLASSES
 Effective immediately, Singapore Airlines customers will enjoy more free checked-in baggage allowance for all Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights. Checked-in baggage will increase by 10kg for all classes of travel. Customers will be entitled to free baggage allowance of 50kg in Suites/First Class, 40kg in Business Class and 30kg in Economy Class.
For flights to and from the United States and Brazil, customers travelling in Suites/First Class and Business Class will be entitled to check in two pieces of luggage of up to 32kg each, up from 23kg previously.
KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Star Alliance Gold members will continue to enjoy an additional 20kg of baggage allowance across all travel classes, or one extra piece of check-in baggage when travelling to or from the United States and Brazil.

SEABOURN ORDERS NEW LUXURY CRUISE SHIP  Luxury cruise operator Seabourn has signed a deal for the construction of a new ship. Seabourn teamed up with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri to build a new luxury liner based on the company's three newest vessels, Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest. Delivery is planned for the second half of 2016.
Seabourn's newest vessels were delivered to the company between 2009 and 2011, each carrying a maximum of 450 passengers. Facilities aboard the 198-metre-long, 11-deck luxury vessels include large spas, outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzis, restaurants, bars, casinos and fold-out watersports marinas.
