Needed:  Volunteer Photo Manager

We are in URGENT need of someone to manage and maintain the church photo site.  Main Duties include placing metatag on photos, categorizing and uploading photos to photo site in a timely manner, working closely with photographers and social media team.  Training available.  Please submit interest to  [email protected]  or contact the church office at, 727-894-4311 ext. 207.

It's the Thanksgiving season and our food basket drive is here! 

 

This year's Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway has grown! Our Men's Ministry in partnership with Mt. Zion Human Services, Feeding America and Amerigroup will distribute food to those in need on Saturday, November 22nd at 9:00am. No pre-registration is required.   

Please bring non-perishable food items to the church by November 16th.   Items such as canned yams, cranberry sauce, green beans, and bags of rice, stuffing, black eyed peas, lima beans, boxes of corn bread mix are needed. 

 

Volunteers Needed: In preparation for the Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway, the Men's Ministry and Mt. Zion Human Services need extra help this year! If you are interested in being a volunteer for the November 22nd Giveaway, please call the church office to sign up.  

Attention Sunday School teachers and participants from Youth Church to Adult Classes and all those interested! There will be a combined Sunday School Prayer, Breakfast and Fellowship on Saturday, November 15th from 8:00am to 10:00am in the 2nd floor dining room. Community Happenings!

Attention Parents!  Reading and Math Enhancement Tutoring is being provided by Certified Teachers & Paraprofessionals, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm in the Human Services Building at 945 - 20th Street, South.  Cost is $15.00 per child per semester.  For more information contact Doris Newton or Joel Shedrick at 727-822-0443, Extension 301.

As we approach the weekend, make sure your bike is ready for another ride.  Join other Christian-minded riders, Saturday's at 7:00 AM, on the corner of  31st Street and 62nd Avenue South.  Great group, with great coaches, everyone encouraging each other. A great chance to enhance your workout.
