Mt. Zion raised over $1400.00 for this worthy cause.  Overall, the walk garnered $223,000.00 in sponsor and walker donations.  Of this amount $140,000.00 came from those who supported and donated to walkers.  100% of walker donations go directly to ASAP, Inc. to support their community outreach programs.

 Crown Financial Ministry orientation will be held on Monday, August 25th at 6:30pm in the Youth Education Building.   Classes will start Monday, September 8th at 6:30pm and end November 17th.  For more information contact Avis or Danny Carter at 727-328-2944.  Come find out what God says about His Resources!


The Health and Wellness Ministry will be providing monthly blood pressure screenings every 4th Sunday at 9:00 am in the down stairs classroom. 
 
Calling all Executive Leaders, Ministry Directors, Ministry Leaders and those planning to become leaders!   There will be a Budget & Event Planning Workshop on Saturday, September 20th from 7:45am to 11:00am in the East and West Overflow areas of the Sanctuary and on the 2nd Floor.   Breakfast will be served.

As we approach the weekend, make sure your bike is ready for another ride.  Join other Christian-minded riders, Saturday Aug 16th at 7:00 AM, on the corner of  31st Street and 62nd Avenue South.  Great group, with great coaches, everyone encouraging each other. A great chance to enhance your workout.
