The forces are with me...my inside forces that is. All
three brains are telling me to cease and desist; to take a break, relax, and smell the roses.
With a workshop this weekend, another coming up next weekend, celebrating my daughter's birthday, overnight stay with my grandchildren, and my crazy schedule I have decided to forego the newsletter this week.
If I cannot give my very best to my students I would rather wait, regroup, and return refreshed and ready to go!
My hope is that you will do the same. Honor when the forces on the outside become greater than you will bear and allow yourself to surrender to the moment.
Get some play time in, breathe in some fresh autumn air, do a little work to get some things done, and then relax, release, let go, and smile.
Life will go on, and we can pick up the pieces later and proceed forward with it after we have rested a bit, enjoyed the people and moments in our lives, and nourished ourselves...body, mind, heart, and soul.
