An HD Social Gathering for Mini Golf
May 31st, 4:00 PM.  RSVP for our HD social gathering.  We will meet to play mini golf as well as enjoy each other's company, pizza and ice cream at Freddy Hill Farms.

Caregivers Gathering 
June 2nd, 6:30 to 8:30 PM.  Our HD Caregivers meet every other month.  Click here for details and to RSVP.

1st Annual Luau
June 27th, 7 to 11 PM. Our 1st Annual Luau Fundraiser.  Reserve your tickets now to eat drink and dance the night away under the stars at the Gladwyne estate home of Jay Tolson.  All while helping the cause.

Monday Morning Online Caregiver Chat
Mondays at 10 AM.  Caregivers can join Joanne, our HD Care Consultant, online every Monday morning to discuss caregiving and how dementia has impacted your life.  Log in to the CAREGIVER CHATROOM any Monday.

HD Awareness Week One - Let others know that May is Huntington's Disease Awareness Month.  Feel free to use our May is Huntington's Disease Awareness image, on the left. 

 

Week Two - Read or recommend a book about Huntington's disease. 


 Week Three - Listen and share an on-line video about Huntington's disease.

 

Week Four - Attend and encourage others to attend our HD Social Gathering or donate to offer financial assistance for someone with tight financial resources to attend.

    Our 2015 Fundraising Walk was a huge success
    Cullen, our Walk Co-Chair, wrote "I want to thank everyone who made donations for the walk. It was an amazing day & we had a great time. We raised over $23,000.00, which will help fight this devastating disease."  Click here to view some photos from the Walk
    Examining Emotional Factors Associated with Caregiving
    A local clinical doctoral student, Jamie Graziano, is seeking help from our HD caregivers as she conducts research to examine emotional factors associated with the caregiving experience.  See her survey flyer.  Caregivers we hope you will take time, it should take less than 10 minutes, and complete the survey for Ms. Graziano.
