Butler County Children Services provides FREE training for professionals who are mandated to report child abuse and neglect.
Dates: August 15, October 2 or November 17, 2017
6-hour Full Training | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

3-hour Refresher Training | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Leadership Through Philanthropy Event 
The Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty board and staff would like to invite you to join us on Thursday, June 8th at Centre Park of West Chester. This will be the first of an annual speaker series highlighting the impact of philanthropy, and bringing it to the forefront of the community dialogue. We are excited to share with you the results of our recent Community Needs Assessment at this event. Butler County's Partnership to Reduce Infant Mortality (PRIM) Survey 
On behalf of PRIM, you are invited to complete an online questionnaire for the purpose of gathering information from a variety of individuals who work and/or live in Butler County to develop recommendations for improving transportation access to health care for pregnant women and mothers with infants. In addition, researchers also hope to learn about the awareness of several PRIM initiatives designed to support pregnant women and mothers with infants. Completing the survey should take about 10 minutes. Access the survey here.


Additionally, if you are associated with a waiting room or public space which engages pregnant women and mothers with infants with health care, please post a flyer inviting them to engage with the survey. You can download a copy of the flyer here

Caring Community Collaboration
On June 2nd, 11:00 - 1:30 at Miami University VOA Learning Center. C3 is presenting a panel discussion about mental health and  substance abuse from those on the 'front line'.  A boxed lunch will be provided.

Community Conversation on Fatherhood Engagement and Mobilization

Please join us for a very important community conversation to discuss how we can build bridges for fathers and families in Butler County.  This conversation is just one of the first activities in a series of community engagement efforts.  These efforts are designed to help us develop and deliver programs that will strengthen bonds between fathers, mothers, guardians and children.
