 The Shura Council is pleased to announce its groundbreaking publication, the Masjid Operations Manual (M.O.M) comprised of five modules: Governance, Operations, Policies, Programs and Safety/Security. The purpose of this manual is to help Masajid manage itself even better, enhance its services to the community and optimize its limited resources.
