It is reported that California will not have H2O in 2016. Causes for this catastrophe may be complex, but possible solutions are not. The Qur'an informs us that God does not love those who waste. (Holy Qur'an 7:31)
It is reported that Prophet Muhammad (blessings and peace be upon him) made ablution with less than half a liter of water. Next time we make ablution, let's think of the Prophetic practice.
