IMPORTANT CONFERENCE/BANQUETS UPDATES

  

Shura Conference 2014 Promotion Video
We would like to thank you for your overwhelming response to our conference, The Quran's Response to Modern Challenges this coming Saturday from 1:00 to 5:30 pm. By the grace of God, we are just about sold out and have added a few extra seats, AVAILABLE ONLY UNTIL 3 pm on Wednesday, Feb. 26th. 

 

For your convenience, we would like to offer the following helpful information and tips for your enjoyable experience:

        
CONFERENCE (1:00 - 5:30 pm)

  • The registration desk will open at 12 noon and conference tickets can be purchased online, by phone (714.239.6473) or on site. 
  • The conference tickets are available until the day of event with open seating.
  • Student's admission is FREE for the conference with a valid school ID.
  • Access to conference is FREE for our Banquet ticket holders.
  • Dr. Tariq Ramadan's books can be purchased online or on site, subject to availability. Dr. Ramadan will autograph books after his keynote presentation at the banquet.    
  BANQUET (6:30 - 9:30 pm)
  • The registration for the banquet will be open at 12 noon.
  • Banquet tickets WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE for purchase after 3 pm on Wednesday, Feb. 26th.
  • On site banquet tickets "may" be available at $100 per seat, pending cancellations. If you have purchased a banquet ticket already and for some reason may not be able to make it, we request you to notify us immediately as this will help someone else to join our event in your absence.
  • Banquet ticket holders can get their Hilton parking validated. We urge all the banquet guests to arrive no later than 5:30 pm to pray Maghrib together. Do please give yourself some extra time for parking. 
  • DINNER WILL BE SERVED AT 6:45 pm.
